10/10, Fast, Great Service, Personal.
Everything on the website was well explained and ordering was relativly simple. Everything went very smoothly. The process was communicated effectivly and I was updated frequently. Package was dispathed almost imediatly. Package came with a friendly letter and a lollipop. I know that shouldn't matter, but it is nice to know that somone along the line recognized you were a human being. Definitly would suggest this site to anyone. I will certainly use this company again. I buy a lot of audio equipment from the internet and this has far better service than all of the big sites I have used. These more focused niche sites usually do tend have surperior more personal service than the massive ones.

Great Service & Delivery just let down by product description
The children's headphones I bought were delivered quickly and in excellent condition. However, they were too big for my 3-year old and fitted a grown adult with minimal adjustment. Products clearly marketed as suitable for young children should provide info on, for example, min and max over-the-head measurements.
I will keep the product until she is older and would use the company again.

Superb Customer Service
I wanted to buy a pair of in ear headphones, but where unable to make a choice due to the wide variety of high quality items avaialble on the market.
Robin, from hifiheadphones.co.uk, thoroughly helped me (for days..) finding which one was more fitted for my needs.
The item arrived exactly 48 hours after the order (via airmail), so fast and realiable, perfectly packed, and... with a tasteful lollipop.
I will for sure buy from them again, and will suggest all my friends to do the same.
My only regret is that I can't cast a six stars rating.

Legends!
This is my second pair of headphones from Hifi headphones (my currenty pair Audio Technica ATH-PRO5MS and Im now getting a set Sennheiser IE6 In-Ear Noise Isolating Earphones (IE 6) for when I dont want to carry big headphones around with me) and I cant wait to recive them, the staff were very helpfull, Robin especially for helping me choose this pair Im getting! My last pair had an issue with them (no fault of hifi headphones), they sorted a replacment very quickly and were very helpful, also again, Robin helped me out with this!

Fast and informed
My Husband lost one of the foams from my Daughters Sennheiser headfoams we went from shop to shop and you can not get them on the high street. We found this company on Google. They were helpful and the service was fast and I was kept informed about my order with emails. The foams fitted and my Daughter is not letting my Husband borrow them again. Would recommend them to everyone.

Everything's very fine--would like more shipping options
Hi,
I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. If possible, I'd like a little more options when it comes to shipping products, even tiny ones such as earphone pieces: There have been some instances where I'd gladly spend more to have 3-day deliveries to my country (Italy), but the option doesn't seem to be there.
One last thing: the included lollipop is a really nice touch but please, switch to sugar-free! The cavities!

Great Headphones with quick delivery.
I was trying to find a replacement set of headphones for my ipod. I used the 'best headphones' guide on the web site and ordered a set of Sound Magic in ear phones. Good price, great sound and delivered the next day. The service was that good I ordered a further two sets for the kids.
I would certainly use this site again and would recommend both the headphones and the site without hesitation.

Thoughtful, fast and impressive customer service offering quality products.
I received the goods, the day after ordering them which stunned me. When I opened the package containing children's headphones, I found a 'Chupa Chups' lollipop which I thought was a very thoughtful and lovely touch. When I opened the second package containing ear tip accessories, I found another 'Chup Chups' lolly which made me smile again. Fabulous organisation that makes me think of companies like Musical Fidelity in the UK!
